By using WorkKept ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WorkKept is a tool that helps users extract, organize, and package their personal contributions, documents, emails, and career-related data from third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace) that they already have access to.
YOU are solely responsible for:
(a) Legal right to export: You confirm that you have the legal right to export, copy, and retain any data you process through WorkKept. This includes compliance with your employer's policies, employment agreements, confidentiality obligations, and applicable data protection laws.
(b) Data classification: You must not use WorkKept to export data that is:
(c) Consequences: WorkKept is a tool. We do not advise on your legal rights. If you are unsure whether you may export certain data, consult a legal professional BEFORE using the Service.
WorkKept processes your data in real-time to generate exports. We do NOT:
Export files are temporarily stored for download (up to 24 hours) and then permanently deleted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used with the Service. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
(a) WorkKept charges a one-time fee for each export.
(b) All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store payment card information.
(c) Fees are non-refundable once an export has been initiated, except where required by applicable consumer law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WorkKept AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WorkKept MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE SERVICE.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
